Once upon time....
my parents, brother and I immigrated to
America. I was born in Wiesbaden,
Germany of a mother who was born and
raised in Bordeaux, France and the
father born in Prague and raised in
Beirut, Lebanon. Both sets of
grandparents were from Russia. English
was my 4th language. As a child at home
we spoke French, Russian and a little
bit of German. I have traveled & lived in
many parts of the world both with family and
as an adult, working with major airlines
and travel agencies.
Twenty-four years ago I fell in love with
this heavenly area of Western North
Carolina and purchased this century old
family home which now I have the
pleasure and privilege to call home and
to share this 1910 historic home with
guests. Part of having this lovely
home for people to stay in Franklin,
is the enjoyment of meeting folks from all
walks of life and from all over the
world! Truly you learn so much from
others.
In my spare time,
I enjoy getting involved in doing artwork & crafts (www.dreamonartworks.com),
visiting
friends, reading, traveling when time
permits, keeping up the grounds &
gardening, and caring for several
furry children (which reside in my home
quarters) they DO NOT have
run of the house....please be assured.
